Little Lang Workshop

Welcome to Little Lang Workshop, a creative exercise workshop centered around worldbuilding through language construction.

Little Lang Workshop users are introduced to the basic systems and necessities of language construction through the lens of creating a fictional group of speakers with a distinct culture. This constructed culture, or conculture, will be reflected in a basic outline of a constructed language, or conlang.

I created Little Lang Workshop as my Graphic Design senior exhibition at the University of Minnesota, and I think it's a pretty cool creative exercise for building the basics of a goofy little group or civilization.

Whether you're a writer, game designer, dungeon master, concept artist, or connoisseur of weird little creative things, you may want the skeleton of a funky little culture in 15-30 minutes. With this workshop, you can make that happen.
